Technical Requirements
Stage Plot
- 10' x 10' minimum stage area
- Access to electric nearby
- We prefer to set up in a basic U shape: cello,
drums, guitar, flute, with the cello & flute slightly in front of the drums
& guitar. We need to be able to see each other.
Sound Requirements
For smaller venues, we prefer to do our own sound with
amps, or use our PA system for larger venues. We can use the house system, if
available.
For large or outdoor sites, we're happy to use the sound man provided by the
venue & work with the equipment provided.
Flute --
- 1 Shure 57 or 58 (or better quality) mic
- 1 Goose-neck mic stand
Cello --
- 1 mic to mic the amp
- (optional) 1 vocal mic on a boom stand
Guitar --
Drums --
- For festivals, the drummer will use the supplied kit, already mic'd
- For most venues, the drummer
will bring his own kit
- minimum of 2 overhead mics & stands
- bass drum mic with a short stand
Lights
- We don't typically use a light show. If the venue wants
lights, they should be provided with someone to run them.
